This position is responsible for the following:

1. Serve as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing precise, complaint, and insightful support across revenue recognition and the broader accounting cycle. Apply strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 and oversee key order-to-cash (O2C) activities—including contract review, billing, AR, and reconciliations—to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Rather than owning clients’ internal processes, collaborate closely with their teams to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and deliver reliable reporting.

2. Beyond revenue, this role offers broad exposure to core accounting areas such as the general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations; support variance analyses; and contribute to continuous improvement across accounting operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to deepen revenue expertise while building well-rounded experience across the full accounting cycle

This position is responsible for the following: 
Providing strong cost accounting support to help clients manage and optimize their manufacturing and cost structures. Act as a trusted partner to client finance teams, focusing on standard costing, purchase price variance (PPV), overhead allocation, and inventory management—ensuring accurate cost tracking, compliant reporting, and efficient processes across the production cycle. 

Beyond cost accounting, you will provide end-to-end outsourced accounting support, including producing financial reports; preparing journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations; and handling billing, payables processing, payroll, and account reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with client teams to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and deliver timely, reliable financial information. 

This Senior Associate FP&A (Mid Shift) is responsible for the following:

1. Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and financial analysis. The Senior Associate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, as well as developing and maintaining financial models for various business units and projects.
2. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
