Our recruitment process consists of five key stages:

2nd Interview & Assessment with the Hiring Manager: For accounting roles, this step includes a practical assessment to evaluate your technical skills. A laptop or desktop is required for this stage.

Final Discussion with the CEO & Managing Partner: If you pass the previous rounds, you'll meet with our CEO and Managing Partner to discuss your potential future at AGO and ensure alignment with our values.
