Our recruitment process consists of five key stages:
• Initial Screening: We review your application and resume to assess your qualifications.
• 1st Interview with HR: If shortlisted, you'll have an initial conversation with our HR team about your background, skills, and potential fit for the role.
• Online Assessment (Aptitude & Personality Test): You will receive a separate email from support@xobin.com (mailto:support@xobin.com)with a link to an online assessment, which is hosted on Xobin, our third-party assessment platform.
• 2nd Interview & Assessment with the Hiring Manager: For accounting roles, this step includes a practical assessment to evaluate your technical skills. A laptop or desktop is required for this stage.
• Final Discussion with the CEO & Managing Partner: If you pass the previous rounds, you'll meet with our CEO and Managing Partner to discuss your potential future at AGO and ensure alignment with our values.
Our hiring process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, from your initial application to the final decision. We strive to keep candidates updated at every stage.
AGO is a fully remote company. However, we encourage employees to join our quarterly face-to-face events for collaboration, networking, and team-building activities.
